Glen Waverley honey

Sylvia & David host their hives in a back yard chock-full of herbs, flowers and seasonal vegetables. The bees are a short fly-over from the Tally Ho Reserve, and the entrance of the hives are always buzzing.
Sylvia declares the hive’s honey to be the best she’s ever tasted (although she accepts there may be some unconscious bias), with honey that is sweet and light, yet thick with displaying lingering floral notes. Yum!

Description
This is a very limited run, and we don’t expect to see more Glen Waverley honey before November – so get in while you can!
We always leave plenty of honey frames in the hives over winter so the bees don’t go hungry (this is why they store it after all!), and we were pleasantly surprised to find most of it left untouched. Which means more for us to share!
Shipping & Pickups
We are based in Forest Hill, and pickup is available (just near Brentford Square, or the Nunawading Swimming Pool).
