Hoddles Creek honey

Price range: $12.00 through $20.00

Simon owns a 21 acre bio-dynamic farm in Hoddles Creek, Yarra Valley, with biodynamic pastured free range eggs, strawberries, avocado, nashi, chestnuts, mulberries, walnut trees and so much more. The bees are loving their new home!

Last harvested: April 1, 2026. No joke.

Description

Nestled in the heart of the Yarra Valley, Gooligulch Farm is a biodynamic haven where our bees forage freely among native Messmate, Silverbark, and wild Tea-Tree, alongside surrounding orchards of Nashi pear, chestnut, mulberry, walnut, and berry blossoms.

Unlike our previous dark harvest (with a few jars left!), this limited batch is a brilliant golden amber and extraordinarily thick, dense, and full-bodied—a true sign of pure, unheated, low-moisture honey packed with natural goodness. No chemicals, no heat treatment, no shortcuts. Just pure, slow-pouring (and we do mean slow!) liquid gold harvested with absolute respect for the land and ecosystem.

  • Texture: Exceptionally thick, rich, and viscous

  • Nectar Sources: Native Messmate, Silverbark, Tea-Tree, orchard fruit blossoms, and berries
