Description

If you haven’t ever had creamed honey you don’t know what you are missing! Creamed honey is thicker and “creamier” than standard honey – and no, there’s no dairy products added.  Many claim it tastes better, feels like velvet on your tongue, and is perfect for spreading on your toast.

So what makes it so special? Creamed honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization. Raw honey will naturally crystallize (or candy) over time, and we take this candied honey and turn it into creamed honey! This creamed honey has a smooth, spreadable consistency and lighter colored than liquid honey of the same floral type. In fact, as the honey is still raw (ie, unheated and only lightly filtered) it still retains all the natural goodness that the bees gave it.

We are based in Forest Hill, and free pickup is available (just near Brentford Square, or the Nunawading Swimming Pool).
