Our primary apiary is located between Forest Hill Reserve and Jolimont Community Garden (Australia’s oldest one!), giving the honey a floral taste that varies depending on the season. The last batch was described as “light, summery, thick mouth feel, floral, fruity with orange citrus notes.”
We have one other location in Forest Hill, located 1200 meters away, close to the Blackburn Lake reserve.
