This honey comes from a garden bordering the Wattle Park parklands, and has a garden full of herbs, fruit trees and wildflowers, as well as one of the most prolific group of banana trees we’ve seen in Melbourne!

The April 2021 harvest
Silky smooth and fruity, with a distinct licorice flavour. Think licorice all-sorts.
The March 2021 harvest
This honey screams oranges, orange blossom, orangina, tang, sherbies, whatever you relate to in the orange space, this is the defining flavour. Yum!
The February 2021 harvest
Sweet and medium to low viscosity with a hint of ripe stone fruits, floral and anise aromas. Time to fire up the waffle oven.
The December 2020 harvest:
Dense and viscous yet silky to the taste. Solid toffee base with hints of anise and orange in the finish. Perfect on pancakes.
